The Creation of our New World!

Much has been discussed about the form of existence that our collective consciousness is attempting to create. Some have referred to it as the 2012 shift towards ascension, some have referred to it as global climate change, others yet have referred to it as the removal of the vail of ignorance towards Truth.

Are we not accepting our true nature here on this planet? Are we rejecting the great plan of existence put forward by the Greatest Composer of the greatest score ever written, the Universe?

Interesting questions to say the least! The assertion that the human mind/consciousness, is in a constant flux of change, reflecting the temporal state of our world, is the premiss of those who believe in evolution of the species. The assertion that all items within our existence, are exactly as they are supposed to be because the Great Creator of the universe willed it so, is the premiss of most religious thought.

The assertion that all existence represents the unfolding of Spirit within the form of matter, is perhaps more in line with what is transpiring here within our globe.

The immensity of what we refer to as Spirit, I would submit, is well beyond our current level of comprehension. It's not that we are not willing to imbibe this immensity, its just perhaps were not really ready to, as a collective consciousness! Yes, there are pockets of unity on this thought, yet what is predominantly reflected within our collective agreement of consciousness as the human species and all subspecies, is conflict, opposition to, measurement, exclusivity, and at times the illusion of sheer domination, or the illusion of power over others.

We, as this reflected agreement of consciousness, are all here in this form to experience our Spirit, as ONE! Now, I do not mean as an individual, yet as One Voice, One Spirit, One Light! The dilemma lies in the fact that we individually, represent the division of this ONE into the many! How can this notion be reconciled in the making of our new world?

We do have a natural ability to connect with this One Spirit, as all water tends to gravitate to its larger origin, yet it takes work. I also believe it takes a great deal of acceptance on our part individually, for what is happening within our world, as well as our personal lives. What I truly imply here is, that we must firstly take full responsibility for what is already, and then for what has been, already! It is interesting how the human psyche very quickly rejects items which are displeasing, either to the eye, ear, mouth, touch, smell, or taste. The human psyche is more inclined to gravitate to that which makes it feel good. I often wonder wether this very mechanism within our psychology, removes our inclination to actually take responsibility for all that is being created, right here, right now, within the present breath, the present moment?

We can only change that which we accept, not that which we ignore!

In the creation of this supposed new world, do we actually mean that all species found within this container, will function differently? For instance, will there be the removal of carnivores, ( implying the removal of one life, in order to feed and nurture another life), therefore the removal of all species which require meat to survive? Or more precisely, does this imply that the concept of predator would be eliminated right across the board of all species, including insects?

What would this newly created world look like for its inhabitants, all of its inhabitants? It is difficult to say what lies ahead for this wonderful globe, and all that pertains to it, including the human species.

I for one believe, we ought to all stop being prophets, and really work on being more present. Accepting everything around us, including war and conflict. It is the only way we will change the state of affairs, today, right now!

Let tomorrow show us the results of our change, which was planted today. Perhaps we'll actually see that we do not need to create a new world, just to be more in synch with this ONE!

The Truth About Psychic Ability/Development!

    

  

  It has become increasingly interesting, as well as, disturbing to me, as to how many people have jumped onto the band wagon, and yearn so adamantly to connect with their 'Guides', their 'Angels', their 'Teachers', connect with Ascended Masters, or to learn how to channel, all through psychic development perhaps. The notion being of course, that all such items are supposedly meant to enlighten, appease, or give the semblance of assistance to the wounded souls of our world. 

  

   Let's look at the word psychic! It's derivative comes from the Greek word psyche, which was intended to denote the idea of that which gives life to the body. This element, breath, which gives us the proper essence to exist. The Romans later gave the meaning of anima (soul) to this word to denote the mind/body relationship, or more to the point, the soul/body relationship. These are the original meanings of the word psyche. From this derivative, comes the word psychic. Our current understanding has brought us to accept this word as to imply: the claim of an ability to perceive information  above and beyond the five senses normally used to perceive. An ability which can also be used to influence one's reality through telekinesis. In the last century or so, the word psyche has also been linked to the word psychology, which we have come to understand as the study of the mind self, as it relates to its inner and outer realities. 

   Clearly one can see how somehow, the original intent of the word psyche, has been transformed into something entirely different. To be psychic does not imply power, nor does it imply enlightenment! To connect with one's 'Guides', or Angels per-say, does not bring enlightenment either. The ability to channel gives no promise of attunement with the One Spirit referred to as God! We are missing the point! It is a rare occasion when I hear of people wanting so desperately to connect with their OWN Spirit, and making every effort to know themselves! 

Even with the ability to be a Medium, there is an immense amount of inner cultivation which needs to occur! If this inner cultivation is not adhered to, then one creates an illusion, which simply ends up hurting themselves, and others. This is what is so disturbing! 

  What I am suggesting here is, to all those wishing for a connection of sorts, cultivate your OWN SPIRIT through the gifts you've been given. If psychic ability is perceived as one of your inner gifts, then it is to be used for the higher good of all, and should be seriously cultivated for that reason, over many years. This implies one will take proper time to go within! If after one has done their due diligence of inner work, and then has an experience of a Guide, a Teacher, an Angel, a supposed Master, pursue to cultivate a relationship which fosters growth of the inner kind, growth of the Soul Self. This is why they in the Spirit world, wish to connect with us, to break through the vail of ignorance, which is created by the illusions of the ego mind! They certainly do not care about how accurate one is psychically, or how powerful one perceives themselves to be, as a result of a connection with them!

  I for one would rather here the experience of a soul here in the physical world, who has weathered the storms within their lives, and have had tremendous inner growth as a result. This is an example of Spirit sharing with Spirit. As they share their experience from their heart, I am positive that we will all feel the wisdom of Spirit, the One Spirit! 

  Therefore, in your development, look for the development of your soul, and not the development of your psychic ability, which is perhaps an extremely small aspect of the entire perspective of the Soul Self. This journey of the Soul Self, is not meant to be easy! Perhaps as you do this, you may even become enlightened: "the advancement of your Spirit towards total LIGHT & LOVE".

The True Heros of our World!

    Early this morning after changing our son's diaper, and making sure he was well fed, I sat in front of the TV just trying to wake up, as our son frolicked around. Much to my surprise, I found myself interested in a program on MTV call 4Real. Not really knowing why, other than perhaps the description of the program suggested that it would be taking a look at a gentlemen who was affecting real change in Liberia, following its long bout of civil conflict, which lasted approximately 14 years. 

This man was attempting to bring to light the plight of the children who suffered the torment of war. These children endured mutilation, homelessness, starvation, the loss of family members, psychological torture, killings, the witnessing of the killing of family members, shear utter fear to the point that these children were asked to kill their own friends; surely you get the point. No child should ever under any circumstances, have to be exposed to such brutality!

The program also brought to light the challenge of those, such as this particular man, who are attempting to bring change to this societal agreement. These children, despite now being much older, still carry with them the diabolic experiences of war that they witnessed or partook in, which on some level implies there is the potential for these children to re-enact the atrocities, unless they are properly counseled, unless they are shown that there is another way!  

   

   Having said this, I am positive that this example of the experience of these children, can also be used as an example for other worn torn areas. What struck me the most, was the exuberance of these children as they were being interviewed. As they shared their horrific experiences, the utter joy of simply being on camera, could light up a city at night with the amount of light coming from their smiles. Despite what these children experienced here within our collective accumulation of light, this light that we like to refer to as humanity, their Spirit continued to exude its true essence: Light!

   Survival of the fittest, as Darwin submitted to the world, is the reason we as the human species continue to exist. These children are not only survivors, yet they are true Heros of Spirit. Nothing phases them any more. Perhaps their lesson of the exuberance of  Light, in-spite of  how brutal humanity can be, is what all of us, as the manifestation of Spirit within the physical world, ought to be focusing on. They certainly are wonderful teachers of Light, wonderful examples of the embodiment of Love!

  This is where our attention ought to be, to follow their example of the exuberance of Light. To manifest this brilliance, no matter what, and perhaps focus less on the manifesting of our next motor vehicle!

What Would Peace on Earth Look Like?

    

 Interesting how the collective consciousness of the globe, wishes so adamantly for peace! What would it look like if we had peace here on earth? Would it be like a flower which blooms; or like a waterfall leading to a stream; like the sun setting in the evening after a clear, blue sky, sunny day; or like the wind traveling through the ether giving off a gentle breeze; or like the caress of a spring rain shower? 

Wait a minute, that already exists!

Perhaps it may even look like two species found within the hierarchy of the food chain, who normally would be at odds with each other as hunter & hunted, now just roaming along as if they were the best of mates.

What would peace within our globe look like, if the one species who really does not coexist symbiotically with its surroundings, no longer was in conflict with its surroundings? That species would undoubtedly be the Human Species, would it not? 

Recorded history denotes constant battles of self destruction of this one species, man against man, woman against woman, man and woman against state, and so on. Perhaps conflict, is a reflection of the consciousness of our species working itself out towards peace. Or perhaps the overall agreement of awareness here within our globe is such that conflict, or opposition to, must exist in order for there to be genuine growth, and this would in itself be peace. Interesting!

    The universe is in a state of constant expansion. Every time we breathe the universe is different. Expansion indicates that a previous state of existence must be altered to make way for yet another state of existence. Each time it rains, it snows, or when the sun shines, nature is evolving in its usual own peaceful way. Each time a bird dies, another is born, this is representative of the cosmic balance of life. This holds true for every species of existence here within our globe including the plant & vegetation species. The new born bird eventually takes flight, off into the sunset chirping its happy song, looking simply to survive. It sounds peaceful to me!!!

    I believe for the human species, peace on earth, really means to be in accordance with its own kind, to be one with its surroundings, and therefore to be in balance with its own nature. I'm not sure that we can all agree on this topic of peace. To remove all idioms of thought which foster the notion of less or more, might be a pretty good start towards the balance of peace. Knowing how one functions (nature) is directly related to why one functions (purpose), and therefore directly related to ones' place within the ocean of life (acceptance).  

   Ghandi is remembered by many things, one of which is his notion of, "be the peace your looking for", which in his case, made the revolt against oppression in a non-violent manner, very  possible. So, is it possible for one who is born at the bottom of the totem pole within society, global or regional, to have, and to be at peace, therefore not in conflict with Self or others? Perhaps peace might be better defined as acceptance, or non attachment to outcome of survival. Lofty notions, I am sure, yet attainable! 

   Onward we go towards our collective quest for 'Peace on Earth'. Knowing fully, that we as the human species have animalistic qualities, which imprint the notion of survival within our consciousness, should also tell us, that as we attempt to survive, there will be conflict, strife, opposition to, less or more, the notion of those with power versus those who are powerless. 

I truly do wish that these idioms of life, did not exist within our precious globe, yet they do. Perhaps one day, we'll stumble upon yet another way to survive, that is devoid of all these things! 

So, we must continue towards the balance of nature, our true nature, the balance of the Spirit existing within the physical vehicle of expression in all its modalities. Maybe one day, we will all have and hold peace within our being, accepting, without attachment, and therefore exuding this peace willingly, and of course Lovingly, as is meant to be!!

The Grace of God!

In all that transpires within our physical covering, there is a constant echo, which calls us to its place of peace, joy, harmony, and of course Love. This echo, reverberates our entire being and is meant to give us all that we require to exist. What a wonderful gift! What I refer to is the Grace of God! This essence moves our Spirit to know itself, and to know all that is of the One Spirit. 

This Grace is always found within the present breath, within the present moment. It is inside of us, and outside all around us! Yet how is it the we search for a light or a beacon which may appease our wounded heart, when this is what we believe we require? Why is it that we focus on events gone by, in the hope that we understand our lives? Or, why is it that we spend so much time looking to the future for the semblance of a better way of life? 

We as a community of like minded souls, manifest ourselves here in this configuration of micro-organisms, to have an experience of physical life, and to share our understanding of this eternal Grace. Yet how are we  doing this, when there is so much strife, calamity, anger, greed, and fear, in our understanding or agreement of consciousness, here on earth. How can I focus on a life changing experience which is supposed to happen in 2012, or any other time in the future, when there are infants dying right now as I write this blog? They do not need to die! They die just because they are born in a part of our globe which is perhaps under-developed. 

One can argue that this might be a prime example of Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest. But is it really that, or just ignorance on the whole of humanity? By the same token, how can I divert my focus away from the fact that innocent souls, children are sold into prostitution? Are we meant to ignore this very fact of our reality, and focus on predictions made by people hundreds of years ago telling us of a shift, premised with global changes? Is it not our duty as an expression of this Grace, to reach out right now to those in need, as we live and breath?

The Grace of God reaches all of us as we breath, within every moment, yet if we ignore this Grace, we are left with our agreement, with our imperfections, with our concepts or less or more, with our greed, our anger & fear, our wars, our sheer deception of ourselves.

There must be a better way? 

This Grace speaks to us, and lets us all know, all creeds, races, religions, societies, all walks of life, that LOVE is the key! Faith and trust in this LOVE is paramount to eternal life, to the survival of our species within the environment of the temporal world. This Grace caresses our souls into the place of LOVE, through our Faith, our Trust in this Love, and through the good deeds that exude from this faith & trust. 

There are so many examples of those individuals within Human history, that went on through their faith & trust in this Grace, to accomplish  wonderful deeds of Love, despite all the obstacles other humans placed before them. To give onto yourself and others, this eternal Grace, is the truest expression of Love. 

When each individual soul that has manifested here within this global matrix of life, is able to feel this Grace, be this Grace, and exude this Grace, without expectation, attachment, or projection of outcome, within the present moment of the present breath, then we as an agreement of life, would have accomplished the greatest shift of all, the shift of our alignment of consciousness towards the Grace of God, PURE LOVE!

Focus on this, and search no more, be it NOW, and all will be well throughout your life, no matter what happens, or does not happen! I believe this to be the better approach!

Manifestation - Inner Gifts!

Much has been talked about and bantered around regarding the concept of Manifestation. It seems to me that, we as a society, as a collection or agreement of thought creation, need to take another look at what we really mean, when we use the term Manifestation. Over the last few years, there have been certain scientific documentaries stipulating that the big hush, hush secret is out of the bag, and we really have been getting it wrong, or we have not fully understood who we are here on this globe. A sort of affirming of the notion that we can change our stars, if you will, that all is well within our framework of comprehension, to alter the very way things come about in our world... through thought of course. 

It must be said that scientific research continues to assist us as the Human Species, and all surrounding sub-species, in the evolution of thought towards a more Spirit based existence. Yet, I believe that much of the secrets being exposed, are just small advances in our overall understanding of Spirit having a physical experience here on earth, and that there really are no secrets at all. 

To manifest that which is within the carrier of the physical body, requires one's absolute commitment to being in the physical body, getting to know that Spirit, and fully realizing the gifts that have been bestowed upon that soul. This takes time! After-all, we are not meant to, "say the word and it shall be done", .... pouf .... I've manifested! If that were the case, the notion of involution and then evolution, would be out the window, nothing to really learn as we are here in the physical world, we would just be an assortment of really talented Magicians. I am not sure that is the plan!!!! 

Manifestation of one's inner gifts requires patience! Patience enough to acknowledge the gifts given within one's soul, and patience enough to believe in those gifts to cultivate them fully. I am always reminded of JK Rowland, and her struggles as she attempted to bring forward her volumes of a Magician, nonetheless. It is said that it took her approximately 17 years to accomplish and complete the entire series of books. I am sure it took commitment, faith, devotion, patience, tolerance, belief in what she was doing, despite being rejected numerous times in the beginning stages, and mostly, it took an immense amount of perseverance. 

I am also reminded of people such as Don Bosco from the 1850's, who believed he would open an oratory for boys, street kids that society discarded. It took many attempts over many years and many obstacles to accomplish this tremendously gracious deed. In the end it certainly was his perseverance that lead the way. I am sure his strength of faith did not hurt him either.

Manifestation is no secret, it is our right as Spirit, our right as the image of the Great Creator we refer to as God. Yet, as we do Manifest, our inner selves, our inner gifts, within the continuum of thought of this temporal, space and time existence, let us not forget that we are here for a lifetime of experience. So take it one day at time, one breath at a time, stay focused, continue to cultivate your inner being, and always know that no matter what transpires within your earthly body, you are greatly Loved!

Manifest your inner being, try not to be a magician, and remember to be within your Presents!

The Understanding of God!

This phrase, 'Pray to the God of your understanding,'  is one that is commonly used within the Spiritualist community. I suppose it is not unlike the Catholic or Christian community suggesting to its participants that one pray to Jesus (God of their understanding), or any saint, or Angel for that matter. Similarly, it would not be unlike the Hindu community asking its participants to pray to the deities Ganesha or Vishnu ( God(s) of their understanding) for that matter. The God figure of the Spiritualists, is often referred to as Father, sometimes Father/Mother, depending on the agreement of the specific community. 

Perhaps this concept of praying to the God of one's understanding, was intended to free the Spirit from the shackles of dogma, found within mainstream religions. Or perhaps it was simply a way of allowing the aspirant of Spirit to engage further within themselves to discover more about God. Or perhaps they just could not decide.

It is fascinating to see how any specific religion, has adapted to the understanding of its agreements of God, some of these agreements being thousands of years old. Is God good or bad? Is God to be feared or Loved? Is God to be worshiped or brought into one's heart? Is God submission therefore freedom, or controlling therefore insecure? Is God to be trusted, or is God to be watched over with a close eye?   All these questions can be answered I suppose, through one's experience of life here on earth, and this in turn would represent ones' understanding. To seek for truth in all that transpires within one's life, is the quest of understanding of this concept known to us as God, in the hope that we have a more complete or unified  view of the Oneness.

So if a little girl is abducted, tortured, and then murdered, would this in turn represent the understanding of God, from the perspective of the transgressor, the little girl, or both? In the complex of the give and take of energy, within the Oneness of life, oddly enough, it would have to be both. A difficult concept to get ones' head around. Perhaps the silver lining in all of this would be, that God would be there for both these individuals, for different reasons of course, yet nonetheless, still there for both. In this case, is one less deserving of God's attention than the other, are they equal, does God judge and condemn one, and then give salvation to another?

Once again difficult to really say, it would of course depend on one's understanding of what God is and therefore implies. In one of the writings found within my book, 'A Journey With The Total Self,' entitled 'I Am here, I Am with you,' it speaks of the equality of the Spirit, despite the action of the ego. All are held, kept, and Loved within the bosom of the Great One Spirit, known as God. This is, I suppose, the place of true and authentic Love, not to judge or condemn, yet to give of Love no matter what!

So if in turn this transgressor, while incarcerated, turns to God in his/her healing of self, and then through the grace of the Oneness, God, he/she is used as a catalyst in the  discovering of the cure to cancer for instance, does this exempt him/her from serving time for the crime committed, will we perceive this individual differently? Would our understanding of God have allowed for change, growth, or perhaps remained stagnate?

The path to the understanding of Love, or God for that matter, is steeped in riddles and or mysteries, which are intended to incite the soul to go beyond their present understanding. To reach the true understanding of what so many religions have attempted to package in rituals, in dogma, in ceremonies of worship, in principles, is perhaps one of the greatest tests of time for the Human Species, to understand God as it relates to ones' existence here on earth.

Suffice to say, I believe that we as the Human Species,  would rather have an understanding of God as a  benevolent source of joy , as opposed to a vindictive, an eye for an eye, kind of God that judges and condemns if not adhered to.  Many names, many faces, and many attributes, yet none of it really pertains, what a dilemma! If only we could be just like ....... Ourselves, being the Spirit of God, the Spirit of authentic Love, what a wonderful notion!

 

Onward we go, towards the ultimate in life, the understanding of GOD!!!

Slowly, slowly, for after-all, we've got time, we are eternal, as is our understanding of  GOD!!

The Battle of Consciousness!

What determines one's place in the continuum of thought, know to us as consciousness? Is it how one contemplates their own mortality, their own existence; how one interacts with fellow travelers of awareness; is it their intellectual prowess; or, is it how one simply expresses their own inner place, their inner self? Quite an interesting question, to say the least! To be aware of oneself in all that transpires within the global matrix is I suppose, the challenge being placed before us. Now, it is really easy to identify with a group or community, in defining oneself or one's place, yet does this really give a true picture of one's consciousness? 

This past Sunday, I was actively working for the world of Spirit as a Lecturer, as well as Message giver, at two different churches. Now as I express my Mediumship, I practice a form of surrender, in that, as I am standing before the congregation I am then led to a writing found within my book, "A Journey With The Total Self", which sets the theme for the lecture.

I then express the lecture, or rather, those who work with, through, and for me as my teachers, impress upon my consciousness thoughts to be expressed. Finally, I am led to a second writing, which is intended to sum up the thoughts of the lecture. 

The first church I went to in the morning, was spoken to about the age old concept of Love as I read, "Proclaimed of Love". 

The overall message found within this writing, is to give unto yourself and others, a true and authentic expression of Love. To say the word does not implying a deep heartfelt expression of what the word intends. To claim unity of thought and emotion, is to claim unity of intent, a single impetus of energy or thought creation, which in turn is aligned with the highest of Creators. This alignment of one's soul, with the vibration of what we refer to as God, is the truest form and or expression of Love. When this alignment occurs and Love is expressed from this place, then the word (Love) ceases to exist. 

What one is left with is the intent of God which is felt, and no amount of words would be able to describe this intent in its totality, so why even bother! 

To be in this state of consciousness, this alignment,  takes tremendous inner work, and this inner work is certainly not for the faint of heart. To face all truths of oneself, of one's family, of one's community, one's society, one's God or perceptions thereof, can be a very daunting endeavor. 

Yet in our process of involution and then evolution, it is fair to suggest that Love, is full of wonderment, pitfalls, expectations, joy, tears, laughter, conflict, amazement, exploration, and hopefully acceptance! These show us where we are, or are not!!!

To say that someone like Buddha, Loved all things or beings as he was conceived, and or came into physical being, would be a bit of an illusion, and really denying the fact that he was a human being engaged in his process of more Light & Love, or should I say, more awareness of Self! It of course is true of all those we claim to be spiritual teachers or masters. 

So, it is also fair to suggest that Love expressed through your being, represents an understanding, or is a reflection of your evolution, your state of being within the moment. To express one's inner place, is to constantly be in this flux of vulnerability, a place of openness, an openness to give and then receive. 

Well, if it were only that easy!!! We all know, if we are honest with ourselves, that to give of Love in every moment is quite challenging, and to Love all things and or beings as a Buddha, or Christ, or any other perceived master did, is quite the lofty goal!

Just recently here in Toronto, a little girl was abducted from her school, tortured, and then murdered. The assailants, a man and a woman, were captured after approximately 4-6 weeks of searching. Here is the challenge placed before the congregation that I lectured in front of: Where is your state of Love, state of consciousness? Can you give of Love to these two individuals who are begotten of Love as you are, from the Creator of all things, or will you judge and condemn them? 

Quite the challenge!!

The second church I lectured at that day, was read the same writing, "Proclaimed of Love",  and of course to my astonishment, the lecture was quite different, as I record each lecture, yet the same challenge was presented. Both lectures were concluded with this writing, "Law of Enfoldment", which exerts the premiss that all souls follow the same laws of spirituality, despite our perceptions or judgements. The process towards more Love is filled with trust and faith in your inner being, the place of God.

As one has more of faith and trust, the alignment of the Self with the intent of God, is stronger! This in turn demonstrates further our true state, our authentic place along the continuum of thought, for after-all Love is an agreement of thought towards goodness!

Love is a process, enjoy all that it has to offer, and do not judge, or at least try not to!! 

This is our most formidable battle, to LOVE ourselves and others, the true battle of consciousness!!

About 2012... Truth or Myth?

  What can one say about the concept of a major event occurring within our existence here on this planet, which can, and will completely alter how we live. Well, this sort of thing happens to us, as the Human species every day. One would simply have to pay attention to the latest newscast in whatever form you wish, to hear, or to see, that there has been a tornado which wiped out an entire village; an earthquake which has devastated an entire region of a country; a tsunami which has erased hundreds of thousands of humans and animals; a war which is responsible for the loss of millions of lives; an epidemic, a flu virus, which has the same end of removing life; a flood which has destroyed homes, towns, cities, etc., etc..

 Suffice to say, I can certainly continue to demonstrate, that the human species has endured a multitude of experiences from the beginning of recorded time, which have potentially threatened its very existence here on earth. I need not remind us of the 'end of days' theory, found within the bible, or the theory of all things computerized going astray when the year 2000 came. These turnout to be just conjecture, myth!

Yet here we are, millions of years later, still talking about another event which shall occur in our very near future, that will potentially change our way of life here on earth ... yet again.

The event I speak of is what so many are talking, speculating, and rationalizing about: The Awakening of 2012! 

Now, there are certainly many who are accumulating evidence to support this very premiss, of a shift in the vibrational force which holds and keeps our planet in place, as well as, a shift within the global parameters. The shift, will of course, also be reflected in the expression of what is referred to as Spirit here on earth. The implication clearly being, that the species as a collective consciousness, and all subspecies, as an agreement of life, is renegotiating, raising its vibrational output to achieve a more enlightened approach to life here on this planet, a changing of the arrangement of molecules to support this shift. 

I would submit to all those who actually make this claim, and or support this premiss of a major shift in 2012, from an intuitive standpoint, to go further within your consciousness of Love, and to be at peace with whatever occurs within or without our globe!

The planet has been in existence for approximately 4.54 billion years, with life know to exist approximately close to 1 billion years. We have survived through much of the turbulence of the last five to ten thousand years, and we will continue to adapt to whatever circumstances are presented to us here on, and within this planet. 

From the standpoint of our Spirit essence, our Souls, our God-like nature, if we believe this expression to be eternal, or infinite, then clearly we will always exist, and we will continually be in a state of transition towards a higher, more elevated, or God like existence. I believe this to be the plan of the Oneness of Spirit.

 

So, what I am actually suggesting here, is to all those who claim 2012 to be a time of a more enlightened actualization of the True Self, I humbly ask of you: take a deep breath, live your life today within that breath, within every moment, and endeavor to be a good example of the expression of: peace, of goodness, of kindness, of gentleness, of compassion, of rightful thinking, and mainly, a strong example of Love, towards yourself, and others. This we can truly affect with conscious effort! 

Leave the rest, to the Spirit of the Oneness, referred to as GOD!! 

As for the truth or myth of any shift occurring in 2012, that remains to be seen, felt, or heard, in the future; today is right here .... right now, so be present, and make it count!

Channeling... What is it??

I thought I would add a few thoughts about this ongoing phrase that is constantly bantered around: 'Channeling'. I often times find myself asking , 'what does it actually mean to channel', 'does one really understand what exactly is happening when this claim is made'? Now, I have read and heard, many diverse explanations as to what this is, and yet despite all my efforts to comprehend, I am still at a bit of a loss. Here is why! 

We have an expression, a prayer, an authentic intent, that most wish to aspire to even today, from one deemed a saintly person, Francis of Assisi. The expression is, The Prayer of St Francis: 'Make me a Channel of your Peace', which most people are familiar with.  This writing, as I see it,  is a request of and for the SELF, the Spirit within, a sort of setting of standards for the SELF to grow towards. The term Channel is used in the English translation, yet I would submit, that perhaps the true intent of this phrase is not Channel, but Instrument, as can be seen in some versions of the prayer. A beautiful expression of authentic intent which moves the Spirit as it is read, and then imbibed!

Can one claim that these words expressed in this instance, were Channelled, divinely inspired, given to Francis from an Arch Angel, or simply a movement of his inner being, embracing a more enlightened understanding of his quest to be Christ like. Acknowledging fully that this was his plight, and perhaps not ours! It would be safe to suggest that Francis of Assisi himself, would not make the claim that this expression was Channelled, I would think. Of course, I was not there, and did not hear from his own lips as to how, and why, this prayer came out of his consciousness. Yet, I claim it is fair to suggest, because history shows us that he was very devoted to his religion, and therefore would not put himself before his devotion to the ideologies of his church, by claiming that this was channelled. 

Our true connection of and with the Spirit within our being is immense, and from this state, I suppose, we can illicit understanding of the Spirit which enlightens our path. Is this a form of channelling, I would say that it is NOT. Yet more a reflection of the interconnectedness of the Total Self, an alignment with the Spirit of the Oneness, a unified array of the vortexes, a single impetus of thought creation, for the higher good of the Self, the Spirit within. Notice, that I am not suggesting the 'higher Self', yet the intent for the lifting of the Self, to hold more Light, more awareness. 

I often wonder why people make the claims they make. I have been a musician my entire life, well almost, and I sincerely make this claim after 40 years of cultivation of this art form. Knowing fully well that as a composer/musician, I have just begun to touch the surface of the understanding of this powerful tool, of organizing symbols (notes) in such a way, that as they are interpreted, expressed, they can potential be very uplifting and moving. This skill set has been cultivated from the gravitation of my inner being, to simply do this thing called music, and for no other reason. 

It is said of Mozart, that he wrote his music as if it was dictated to him, even channelled perhaps. Again, I would submit that I believe, his understanding of composition was perhaps more enlightened than most others, and therefore he was able to express this other understanding of music, at a much quicker, more precise rate than most other composers of his time, or even all of time. The rough drafts of his musical scores, are said to be without blemishes, no erased phrases to indicate a re-thinking of his ideas. As a composer I can tell you, that this is astounding! 

I can only conclued, that Mozart was truly endowed with a tremendous gift of the inner being, the Spirit within, (which was also extensively cultivated) to communicate and express music. His music was not channelled! 

It does not matter to me that one claims to be associated with certain Arch Angels, or other etherial Light beings, and therefore bring about thought creation that is intended to enlighten, assist, or even teach. What matters most to me, at least, is authentic expression, through the humble cultivation of the inner being, inner gifts, the Spirit within, knowing fully well that this is a process! 

What can we say about the concept of channelling? Well I suppose it is for the beholder to determine. As a Medium, attempting to express the movement of life within my being through music, as well as, the thoughts impressed upon my consciousness as I lecture, I am always astounded with the amount of cultivation that still needs to occur, despite being at this work for close to 15 years, and spending an enormous amount of time meditating, reading, learning, and cultivating. The expression of Mediumship, the communication of vibration from an etheric source, has come quite easily to me, just as music has, yet I believe, that I am never really there! Meaning there is more for me to cultivate, because after-all the Spirit of the Oneness within my (our) being, is not only immense, yet Infinite!!

Knowing ONESELF!

To be aware of oneself is the ultimate goal known to us here in the physical world. Every species found within our globe, has a semblance of its own reality. Each species also has an understanding as to how it fits in within the complex of this accumulation of life. Each time one species is eliminated from the complexity of our global matrix, another arises. Is this the divine plan, providence, or just sheer fortune/misfortune? Have we not yet recognized that perhaps all that transpires within our globe is entirely out of our control, and yet we can affect its very existence.

Knowing oneself within this vast field of awareness, within this hierarchy of less or more, within the struggle of contrast, must be the plan of the Oneness we refer to as God, otherwise those humans that created this understanding of our world need to be talked to, I would think!!

Knowing how I fit into the dynamic of my family, is extremely important to the notion of how I fit in within the societal make up. Many of us find it difficult to admit to our uniqueness within the family structure, perhaps acceptance from those who are linked biologically to you is paramount to the acceptance of the outside world. This acceptance gives clarity to one's place, within the structure of space and time. How I exist is directly linked to why I exist, and why I exist is directly linked to those who helped to bring me into the world. It can be a bit of a conundrum!

As we make peace with this notion, it becomes increasingly easier to express our gifts, to demonstrate who we are, and how we wish to be part of the world. Those who express the connection to the etheric world of the unseen, unheard, and unfelt, I believe, need to have a tremendous grounding in the idea of knowing, what exists within the carrier of their own being!!

Nonetheless, it seems to me that in the guise of Spirituality, many individuals make claims to their supposed connection to a discarnate intelligence, an ethereal being(s), which apparently is guiding, teaching, healing, and bringing further awareness to their plight.
I clearly, on many occasions, question the authenticity of these claims! I believe in our quest to enlighten, to be of service to the human species, and all surrounding species, we must never loose sight of the most important quest, to know ONESELF! It is in the knowing of Oneself that perhaps one can relate to another!

It is very easy to look at another as a healer, therapist, psychic, or medium, and point out their flaws, their inabilities, their strengths, their process towards love, and all that concerns them, in the guise of being of assistance, yet it is very rarely the case when one must deal with their own perceived dilemmas, inabilities, or even strengths!

Do I feel compassion for another's plight as I feel their pain, can I empathize, can I bring Light to this perceived darkness? In the milieu of Spirituality, one can claim to pray for another's healing, do hands on healing, reiki perhaps, energy work, yet the true acceptance of their pain, is perhaps the greatest extension of the healing intent. Knowing fully well that authentic healing occurs within one's being, despite another's intent, or desire to be of assistance. To know oneself is to know the pain one feels within themselves, as it relates to another. This foreign expression of pain may be in contrast to one's own experience, yet one must not run away from it in the fear that it may be too much to pain to bare. This is authentic growth of the Total Self!

Knowing how to help another, comes from one's ability to help themselves, for after-all the greatest teacher is one's own experience and process!
I believe that there are many who choose to help others, and in doing so, the choice of this process helps to heal their own inner hurts and pains. Yet, I would caution all who choose this path, that perhaps this is in a way, an avoidance of acceptance of ones reality, or pain. As a result of this thought process of being os service, helping another, when there is so much to be healed within the server themselves, I believe, what is created is total illusion, and therefore wrongful intent.

To know one's place within the family structure, is to know oneself within the structure of the Spirit of the ONE. Each sub unit (family) is a reflection of the understanding of God or Spirit, in the understanding of the temporal versus the non temporal, the real versus the non real.
Therefore, one's approach to the Oneness, is directly affected.
To balance the temporal versus the non temporal, is the plight of knowing the Total Self, and not just the knowing of fragments of the Self, which pertain to our existence within the global structure, earth.

Often times I tell my students of Spirit, to stop wasting so much time trying to connect with a Spirit (entity) outside their own body, and spend all of their time trying to connect to the Spirit encased within their own being. As one does this, then one connects to all that is the expression of Spirit.
It is far more important to know oneself totally, than it is to be psychic, to be a healer, a medium, therapist, doctor, musician, a natural path, a channeler, a chef, or whatever label you wish to claim.

As is always suggested to me from the voice within my being: "There is more, far more, just open your heart and mind, and prepare your SELF to receive!"

What is your Claim?

"In the waking moments of time, all is known to the traveler of, and with the Spirit of the Oneness!"

It is quite interesting to me how many people claim the practice and expression of Mediumship. I suppose it is not unlike the claim to being a musician. Yet, even within the musical community it is very well understood that there are varying degrees of the expression of music. All musicians, be it part time musicians, or full time professional musicians, know fully well that they engage in the expression of music, because it just feels great to do. There is an indescribable movement within one's being that incites the individual to simply, want more of this elixir. Its not because they believe themselves to be tremendously gifted, or that they believe themselves to have something to share. Acceptance of one's inner gifts, is the plight of all of us here in the physical world. However, to know oneself, is to know one's weaknesses, as well as, one's strengths, to nurture these strengths, and to nourish the weaknesses through acceptance of one's true position along the continuum of thought known as the One Light of the All!

As I attempt to be within the flow of Oneness, in my everyday moments of awake time, I am always reminded of these strengths or weaknesses. I am always aware of the thoughts that lead me to a place of further strength, or the thoughts that edge me towards my weaknesses. Do I as a musician accept my inner gravitation towards the expression of music, or do I reject it? Do I as a medium accept my inner gravitation towards the expression of discarnate intelligences, or do I in turn, reject it? If I respond to these questions honestly, I would have to admit that the expression of music has always been for me since I was a child. As for the mediumship, the knowingness of Spirit has also always been there since I was a child, however, the expression of it, has not been met with tremendous acceptance. Alas, I digress to the authentic admission of my truth.

Despite the fact that the voice of the Oneness within me, has lead me to a place of sharing of the Spirit of the One, with the Spirit of the many, I at times wish only to be a musician/composer. As a musician/composer, I am constantly striving to better my skills, understanding, and overall execution of the expression of music. The same holds true for the expression of my mediumship, even though I may resist its expression at times. With both facets of my inner being, I am challenged to remain open to receive, so that the inner cup is constantly filled. My quest is to be the best musician I have the potential to be, as well as, the best medium I have the potential to be.
As both a musician or a medium, I look to bring a uniqueness, my original imprint on these age old practices of the Soul, and yet this is it, am I really any different?

I suppose in any area of expertise one is susceptible to being measured, judged, sized up, if you will, and really this becomes the standard of wether one is any good or not at what they are claiming to be. How ironic! Is this one's truth, as it relates to the One Light within their respective being, or a projection of truth, because of the agreement of society?
Does what one express from their inner self, truly determine what they are outwardly? In other words, can I firmly claim the fact that I am a medium, or musician? Well, yes of course I can! These are choices that I continue to make in every breath of every day.
Which implies, I continue to cultivate that which I am, or believe to be within these choices. I taught band for many years which implies I would have to have a performing knowledge of the different band instruments. Yet, I would never make the claim to being a flutist, nor trumpet player for that matter, just because the gift or the ability is there.
So, as I travel with the Spirit of the Oneness within me, desperately at times, trying to understand what is being asked of me, I fall back to this notion: I am what I choose to be, and for no other reason, I am this expression.

For all those individuals who claim to be a medium, or psychic, know who you are inside, and express this to the best of your ability, constantly asking yourself to grow and be better at what you are claiming. Not because you believe to be chosen, or that you have a special gift, or that you believe that you have no choice but to express your ability to read for others, or even that you believe that you can help others. One makes a claim because they choose it!
Our inner being strives to be One with itself, to be re-united with the total expression of Spirit, we refer to as God. This is its ONLY claim! All else becomes a tool to assist in the cultivation of this relationship with the Oneness.

How we get there is up to us, which path, route, journey, or mission we may choose, I suppose we all have a knowingness, that our experience is precisely guided by the One Light of all that is, was, and always shall be! Enjoy your claims, as you cultivate them, to be the best your potential has to offer, I encourage all of us, to not settle for anything less!

All About The Oneness!!

The Human consciousness has travelled through millions of years of evolution, to finally arrive at the understanding that life here within the earth, represents an accumulation, of all aspects of itself. That as the globe changes, we as a consciousness, will undoubtedly change! Each componant of the globe, will reflect this transformation. All that is found within this container, the earth, will share in this form of involution, and then evolution, of thought creation.

To put it into a smaller perspective, this implies that as we, individually, look at the experience of another Human being, who perhaps lives in another continent, we would recognize in some form or another, our own experience!

Where one lives does not dictate how one lives, ... or does it? Is it possible for an individual who resides in North America to experience poverty... the answer is of course, yes! Is it possible for an individual who resides in India, or in Africa, to experience a life of sheer affluence? Again, the answer is yes, it is possible! Clearly as a world consciousness, it seems that we have agreements as to which parts of our world ought to be impoverished, and which parts of our world, ought to be rich of the spoils of this earth, this is exactly what we are reflecting.

'Oneness', is experienced as an individual shares the story of their lives. In doing so, it is possible for another who reads or listens to this particular story, to see their own image within the words shared, their own reflection. Interesting how the patterns of existence are not limited to a geographical location. Yet again, the repetitiveness of life's cycles, demonstrate to us that energy can be transmuted. That is to say, the seasons come and go, we are fully aware of what each season will bring, and yet somehow the nuances of each season as compared to a previous year, would be different, transformed.

Each time you get up in the morning, you are exactly the same as each living aspect of this wonderful globe, in the sense of becoming awakened to a more aware state.
'Oneness' as it were, is meant to be reflective, as well as, introspective. Each of us awaken to the sheer fact, that we live on this earth, within this globe of existence, all part of the same complex of micro-organisms, changing and growing, transmuting.
The reflectiveness of our existence shows us that, we are never really alone in our life, always connected to this flow of energy, despite our perceptions. This in turn implies, that an individual living in war torn country, can experience absolute peace and harmony of the Soul, from moment to moment, just as one who meditates on peace six hours a day, and lives within a Buddhist colony in Tibet.

Removing the knowingness of life's inequalities, all of Humanity feels and shares in the joys of, or despairs of, another, without evening trying! This is what it means to be In-Tune with, being ONE, through i-n-t-u-i-t-i-o-n!!
This is the ultimate juxtaposition of Truth! To be ONE, is certainly to be the OTHER, to return to the ABSOLUTE!!

So, am I struggling in my attempt to attune with the Spirit of the Oneness within me? Or am I uplifted within every breathe I take? One would have to only look within their own being to determine the proper response to this question. As for me, the concept of intuition, continues to evolve, and brings understanding that at times I do not wish to have, pains I do not wish to feel, and then, of course, if I am honest with myself, Love I do not wish to feel. And yet, this will also change, as I attempt to be ONE with the ALL!!

Evolution has certainly taught the Human Species, and all sub-species, that despite life's inequalities, imbalances, and involuntary experiences, the persistence of thought creation as a whole, continues to propel the Human consciousness towards a higher good, a feeling of more than, a shared existence of similarities, a willingness to be united, and mostly, a feeling of the reciprocity of Love, Peace, and Harmony!

The Human consciousness reflects itself, as does the globe reflect its evolution towards another state of being!! ALL One in the same of LIFE! This is the experience of the ONENESS!!

'Protection' .. is there really such a thing, or is it just ... Perception????

Protection is defined as:
'a person or thing that prevents someone or something from suffering harm or injury'.

Perception is defined as: 'a way of regarding, understanding, or interpreting something'.

It seems to me, as I have dealt with the opening of myself, as well as, the acknowledging and accepting, of this gift of seeing, feeling, hearing, the essence we label Spirit, I have always heard the expression, 'Vincent, you must Protect yourself'.

Opening oneself, implies the removal of certain layers of consciousness, (perceptions) which act as barriers to the receptiveness of the unseen, unfelt, unheard; the heightening of ones sensibilities, being more vulnerable.
So, if I spend an immense amount of time, effort, and energy, over many years, attempting to be more receptive, more open, more vulnerable, reconciling my perceptions, why should I then revert my consciousness, to the position of prevention, or more precisely, closed again?

Openness further implies that I will, in my openness, experience and connect to all that is the expression of Spirit, for after-all this is why I decided to become more open, more receptive, more vulnerable to begin with, to allow for this expression or understanding.

As a Human, being, I will of course experience different items within my life, of the expression of Spirit. From these items I will create an approach to my life, or expression. Many of these items, which become stored within my unconscious mind, will govern how I think, feel, react, what I believe, as well as, how I engage, and or disengage, from my present breathe reality. We can refer to these mechanisms an perceptions.
In any given circumstance, our perceptions will act as a barrier and hinderance, to the openness of an experience, or will allow for further openness. We, as a conscious being, have the choice!

In dealing with heightened sensibilities, it is abundantly clear that one will feel, see, and hear more, than the perceived norm. Therefore, as one feels an energy which is uncomfortable, or perhaps unkind, evil for that matter, the knowingness within ones being, will suggest a proper route of action, or reaction. Some believe this action or reaction to be protection. Yet, the notion of Protection, is based entirely on the Perception, that one is unsafe, and therefore in jeopardy of being harmed.

Do evil, (that which is removed from goodness), expressions of the notion of Spirit exist? I would ask that question to Emily Rose, and she would have her particular response. I can also pose this question to Mother Teresa, and I assure you, her response will differ. Both people, being equal in the openness of experience, will have an entirely different belief system created. Their experience would be real, and authentic, to them. This is the BALANCE of existence.

Protection vs. Perception, the challenge of belief!
It is all based on the experience of the beholder, the perception one keeps, as well as, ones willingness to travel all aspects of their respective psyche without FEAR.

Fear Of The Profundity of the 'LIGHT'!!

For many years I have travelled the path of awareness, wishing for atonement, wishing for Oneness with the ALL of life, not really knowing where this desire would lead, nor how it would be achieved. Having a full acceptance of the notion that the Spirit of the Oneness within me, would eventually take over, and I would naturally follow without resistance. I say follow because it has become abundantly clear to me that manifestation of the Spirit of Oneness within me is immense, and never occurs when I am good and ready, only when it is ready to give, to unleash, to unravel, to divulge, to share, to become!

I always had, and still do, an aversion with the concept and practice of patience, and yet, this is exactly what one must do in order to prepare to receive, to accept, to acknowledge.
We are all on this network, to share our respective understanding of the connection to the discarnate intelligences that continue to impress upon our minds. To perhaps see a different vista of the mountain of LIGHT, the knowingness of the ALL.

It makes total sense to me that each of us, in our individuation of the ONE LIGHT, will express it differently through our supposed uniqueness and comprehension of this ONE LIGHT. Yet, it also occurs to me that as the Human Species, we represent a collective agreement of this ONE LIGHT, referred to as Love.
What catches our attention more, than this notion of LOVE. We are obsessed with the fantasy of it, the romanticizing of it, until we are involved in the deliberation of what TRUE LOVE is, referred to as Ultimate Truth!

We fear the unknown, we fear this Light of Love, because it is unknown to us in its totality. Perhaps the thoughts of another may challenge our perceptions, beliefs, our view, and yet this is still LOVE! How can we accept that there exists an unexplainable source, force, essence, state, feeling, thought, we refer to as God, to simplify things, that permeates the all of creation, and wishes simply to LOVE the Human Species? Not as a separate item from itself, yet as a return of LIGHT to itself. It accepts all thought creation as a form of its own expression, therefore will not judge, analyze, or criticize, it will simply LOVE!

The unknown is also represented in the different viewpoints, vistas, of this mountain of Light. This perhaps is how the Spirit of Oneness unfolds!
So let's honor the Light of say someone such as Mozart, despite this Light being well beyond our understanding. (Mozart died, and was buried in a poppers grave, not accepted by his piers. Today over 350 years later, he is the most performed classical composer).
Let's not fear the Love of those we deem to be more than us, or even less than us, different than us! Let us prepare patiently, through acceptance, acknowledgement, and open mindedness. As the Spirit of the Oneness unfolds unto itself, through the individuation of our supposed uniqueness, the depth of this ONE LIGHT (the depth of TRUE LOVE) may be beyond our grasp in the fleeting moments, and yet it continues to exist, to give and share LOVE!

This is what is meant to occur!

What it means to be Spirit!!

In all that is manifested within our agreement of consciousness, there exists a singular constant, a singular commonality, and a singular impetus. This constant, common thread, and impetus, has been given many different labels, based on the understanding of the group experiencing this magnificent Singularity.
We imbibe this Singularity in every breath of every moment, and it exudes from us as the the expression of the Human Species. Our collective understanding of this Singularity, as a species, has brought us to where we currently are, millions of years later.
This is what I like to refer to as the the working out of the omnipotent presence of all existence. Spirit, as it were, is the label we as a consciousness, have come to give, to all that is expressed within this working out of the omnipotent presence.
This Spirit is immense, all knowing, and never ending. To be Spirit is to be within this understanding, within this flow: without pretense, without agenda, and without dilemma. The knowing of the Spirit is far superior than the knowing of any material item we have here in the physical world.

So how is this done, to be Spirit?

To surrender: Slowly, patiently, with Love, with understanding, without the trappings of the desires of the ego-mind, without annoyance, and without an agenda. To see All, as this Spirit, as One Light, expressing Love!

Authenticity Of Expression! What we can achieve as we focus !!

I thought I would most humbly address this topic of the expression of what we refer to as Spirit.

The essence of what is contained within the physical body, through the vehicles of expression known as Soul, which further divides itself into the Mind Self, which holds the subsets of intellect, emotions, and of course the physical body.
The essence known to us as Spirit, is so immense that it requires several of these sort of divisions in order for us through our mammalian capabilities as the Human species, to comprehend.

Darwin, very succinctly demonstrated that within our understanding of the Human experience, there exist a hierarchical, evolutionary chain of more than, or less than. We as Humans believe ourselves to be more than, in rational, logical, linear thought, than our closest cousins the apes or chimpanzees, having approximately 96% identical DNA to us.

Having understood this simple premiss, I would suggest to you, that as anyone wishes to engage in that which is of discarnate intelligence, Spirit, they should really focus on getting to understand their own Spirit, through the afore mentioned divisions, instead of attempting to get in touch with the expression of Spirit outside their own container.
Having an experience of Spirit begins with your own Spirit, this would imply authenticity of expression!!!!!

When focusing on Spirit outside yourself, know that your consciousness (awareness) acts as a filter through ones perceptions. So the more open you are, the more aware you become, the less time you will spend on items of existence which are less than.
Focus intently on the higher intelligences available to you, through proper cultivation of your own Soul Self, authentic expression.

As one who is constantly lecturing, writing, composing music, doing gallery work, and teaching, for the world of the discarnate, known as the non-physical Spirit world, these are the concepts being brought forward to initiate ones' own Light. For after-all no one is responsible for that Light other than you!!!!

About Consciousness, and all that is experienced as ANGELS!

I thought I would humbly add to the discussion, of our ongoing experience of energy, we like to refer to as, Angelic.

Firstly, let me suggest that we must not ever loose sight of the fact, that we as the Human species, and all the surrounding sub-species, represent an individuation of the omnipotent presence known as God, or the Spirit of God.
Therefore, we as Spirit, engage in the experience of physicalness through the five senses. The central hard-drive, if you will, is the brain, which interprets our experience, stores the memories of the experiences, and then recalls these memories as is necessary. We also believe in the eternal existence of the omnipotent presence, the Oneness of life, we label God.

Our experience of the five senses governed by our brain, is engaged in through the filter of the mammalian approach to life, which we clearly understand has its potential, as well as, its limitations. Yet, it also implies that our understanding of God, or Spirit, or anything else for that matter, if you will, comes from this very same mammalian filter. This means, we will know God through this potential or limitation. Do also keep in mind, that because we believe God to be eternal, we will never really get to know the totality of the expression known as God, it is constant and ongoing.

So, I premiss with all of this to suggest that, our understanding of the energy labeled Angelic, will have this same potential, as well as, limitation. It is often suggested to me, by those who work with me, through me, and for me, as teachers, that the Human Species' comprehension of the totality of life within the cosmic expanse, is still in its infantile stage, despite having millions of years of evolution behind us.

I firmly believe, that in order for us, as Humans to authentically experience, Love, Peace, Harmony, or even the Angelic realm, we must surrender to the notion of NOT THIS, NOT THAT, to begin to understand.

Lastly, I leave you with this thought, 'how do you know you are being Loved?'; you just know, because you feel it, and you can never really put into words the totality of what you feel. I would suggest, the same holds true for the Angelic realm; just know it, feel it, exude it, without trying to label, define, or categorize it. After-all, the understanding remains a mammalian concept!!!!

The 'Illusion' of the Spiritual Path!!!!

It astounds me as to how many people believe that one day, all of a sudden, poof, "I'm a spiritual being now because I've just come into my 'Spiritual Path'". To these individuals I'd like to ask what they were before this epiphany?
The reason I post this blog, is to give all persons the message, LOUDLY, that we are SPIRIT, having a physical experience, not the other way around! This therefore implies, that all aspects of our experience here in the physical world, are Spiritual ones. Do not think that one who travels the path of the Spirit, for the Spirit, and with the Spirit, is continually engulfed in bliss, this is an illusion!
I am sure if we were to ask Ghandi, wether his path was continually full of enlightened bliss, he would tell us this is not the case. Our physicality presents us with tremendous challenges, which are meant to allow us to grow, in this temporal existence. Surely, one's state of mind, focused intently on positivity, would help the process, and give the individual strength, yet it will not remove them from what must be experienced!

We represent an accumulation of thought particles, which formulates the projected self, it creates the form within matter, of our bodies. We then further represent electro, magnetic, bio-chemical energy, held within this vast container, the globe, earth, comprised of billions upon billions of micro organism. All that transpires within this globe is affected by and with the omnipotent Spirit we call GOD, and, affected by the individuation of this Spirit, we call, You & Me!

Therefore, ALL is SPIRITUAL, if we mean, energy which reflects our
Godly nature!

How can we get away from the notion that Spirituality begins within one's life, just because of one isolated event, taken out of context, and highlighted. Is not easier to see that, the major event, was when you or me, we, took breath to have an experience here in this container, referred to as the Earth. Perhaps it would be more precise to refer to the epiphany as an opening of awareness, and not the beginning of the preverbal path, as it were.

I trust this notion will unsettle some travelers of this wonderful journey we call life here on Earth, yet this is not the intent of this posting. It is more to suggest that we as a consciousness, ought to return to the notion, of who and what we REALLY are, who and what we ALWAYS were:

SPIRIT!

Golden Chains of Spirituality..or is it still Religiosity?

It seems to me that for centuries, millennia for that matter, there has been an immense amount of rhetoric suggested, as to what it implies to be on a Spiritual path, journey, and or passage. Systems of atonement were created to denote these journeys, paths, or passages, referred to as religion. Most of these religions have adapted each others' ideologies to perhaps win over potential followers.

The term religion, taken from its latin derivative is: 're - leggier', which means to reunite or to join again. You have three mainstream religions originating from a certain region of the globe, that have influenced Spiritual thought for centuries in the Western world. In conjunction, we have two other mainstream religions, which have influenced Spiritual thought in the Eastern world, for centuries.
Most religions have icons which symbolize a particular person, place, event, circumstance, or lesson to be taught. The icons were meant to uplift, encourage, heal, and give strength to the upholders of the particular organization (religion) putting forth these icons. These religious icons were almost always expressed through the various art forms. So we'll have paintings, drawings, statues, music, dance, poetry, architecture, and so on.
All of these monumental expressions of art, also reflected the understanding of 're-uniting', atonement, of the time and people they were expressed. Many of these artistic expressions also depicted individuals practicing certain rituals, which demonstrated the reverence of the particular God(s) the organization was worshipping.

In the New Dawn of Spirituality, which is meant to relinquish the patterns of the old ways, embracing a radical approach, a diverse understanding, an evolved understanding, of the omnipotent essence labeled God, how much has actually changed??
I continue to witness wonderful drawings of 'Angels' (borrowed iconic concept from the ancient religions), wonderful paintings of rituals, historic religious figures, music, statues, all within this New Dawn of Spirituality.

I have been a full-time Lecturer within the Spiritualist community in Ontario, Canada, now for several years, and I assure you much has changed, and YET.... much has NOT!

These ideologies of Spirituality, which borrow from previous understandings of how to connect with Spirit ( re-leggier= religion) are GOLDEN CHAINS of enlightenment, or more precisely, a hinderance to ones' atonement with Spirit. One feels a sense of arrival when communication with an Angel guide, teacher, or Master is attained.
Yet, as is always suggested to me from those who work with, through, and for me as Teachers, "Vincent, ... you must destroy your understanding of Us, God, Spirit, mother, father, and so on .... Then...You are FREE to experience your SPIRT, as is meant for you to experience". Lastly, I encourage all practioners of the work of Spirit, to challenge themselves to break away from the 'Golden Chains'!
I trust that, what is referred to as your indwelling Spirit, has understood fully what I have attempted to communicate here, in a few short sentences.

Process Determines Purpose!

Does one awaken one morning and say to themselves, "I think I will share a message that I believe is bestowed upon me from God", or, "I think I can be of service and help those who I believe and perceive to be in need"?

Interesting premiss, to say the least! I most humbly post this writing to suggest to all of us who believe we have a mission, message, desire, willingness, or even gravitation, to be of service, that these mechanisms are still functions of the ego mind, despite what one might believe.
The story of those we see and deem, as enlightened ones, clearly suggests to us, that the process of life was there greatest teacher, and that the purpose of their existence was singular. This singular purpose was to have an experience of the Spirit of the Oneness within themselves, to have a relationship with their understanding of God. From this relationship came forward their unique purpose.

If we look at the story of Francis of Assisi, who gave us a most wonderful expression in, 'Make Me a Channel of Your Peace', we see that his purpose was not to be a soldier for war, which is what he was, but more a soldier for the Peace of God. His life represents a reflection of involution, and then evolution.

If we are to take the example of Ghandi, we would most definitely see this same process of involution, and then evolution of purpose. From being a well trained lawyer, to peacefully fighting for the rights of his fellow country men and women, because of the Spirit within him unfolded to this position.

If we are to look at the example of the Christ, referred to as Jesus, or Siddhartha Gautama, known to us as the Buddha, both became the Prince of Spiritual thought within their time, not because of a predetermined notion within their being, yet more because of the quest of the inner self to re-attune with itself, Spirit unfolding onto itself!

If we are to look at the example of Saul of Taurus, from persecutor to fore father of Spiritual thought within a particular community, who gave us the prayer, "Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself.... and so on.

Lastly, If we are to look at the example of the Albanian girl Agnes, who later changed her name to Teresa, and then Mother Teresa, in homage of the patron saint of missionaries, Saint Therese de Lisieux, we would find another example of the concept of involution, and then evolution of divine purpose.

Each of these examples demonstrates a singular desire, and that is to be with the Spirit of God, to cultivate a relationship with this burning fire within their being, to attempt to understand this Spirit, imbibe this Spirit, and to submit to this Spirit without agenda!

I clearly can go on and bring other analogies of individuals whose example we continue to emulate today.
In my quest to share the notion of One Light Guides All, I know that it is the Spirit of the Oneness within me, that has taken me here, despite my gravitation to simply be a musician and composer.
The divine purpose of my existence, what I will do with my life, is beyond my scope of comprehension, I therefore endeavor to surrender!
I therefore work on being with this Spirit of the Oneness, to feel Love, to give Love, and mostly to be of Love, the rest is not in my hands.
In doing so I trust that I will Manifest the greatest of good through the Process of my life, and not manifest the smallness of life, through the desires and beliefs of my character.
